Sophie Herxheimer has been talking and drawing with East Northants Council staff about change, to help generate interest in and develop new ways of thinking about what it means to work for the Local Authority.
Art Work Placement, funded by Arts Council England, is a programme created by Fermynwoods Contemporary Art to bring together professional artists and businesses to develop creative solutions to business challenges.
Greg Macdonald, Head of Economic and Commercial Development at East Northamptonshire Council, said
“Creative thinking will become ever more important in the design and delivery of public services over the coming years and, with this in mind, I would like to encourage staff to get involved. Sophie has already created some fascinating drawings as a result of conversations with colleagues.”
