This catalogue accompanied an exhibition of sculpture by Scottish artists Doug Cocker and Arthur Watson at the John David Mooney Foundation's International Currents gallery in Chicago in 2003. The sculptures focus on the themes of linguistics and landscapes in Scotland and Scottish history.
The book includes photographs of the artist's works with introductory essays by Richard Demarco, John David Mooney, Duncan Macmillan, and Euan McArthur. Statements by Stuart MacKenzie, Neil Cameron, Roger Billcliffe, Robin H. Rodger, and Finlay Coupar examine the work of Doug Cocker; Arthur Watson's work, by Donald Addison, Ian Olson, Norman Shaw, Gavin T. Renwick, and Ian Howard.
