TrackSound – The War and Momi’s Dream

The War and Momi's Dream

TrackSound is an eclectic project aiming to establish and celebrate the role of music as a language, restoring soundtracks as a storytelling device. TrackSound challenges its audience to become an active listener of performances that involve music and arts.

The first TrackSound event is a projection of Segundo De Chomón’s The War and Momi’s dream (1917) – thought to be the first Italian animated film. This screening will be accompanied by an original soundtrack composed by Michele Catania, premiering in the UK by a four-piece chamber music ensemble conducted by Ginevra Paniati.
